Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Returns

For voluntary returns, items must generally be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused, undamaged, and with all original parts and accessories. Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible.

You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been received, we will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address by email.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent to an address without first contacting us may not be processed correctly.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary returns, unless otherwise agreed by RealmTunes or required by applicable law.

These conditions do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Where applicable, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you and process the applicable refund to your original payment method.

For voluntary returns, we generally process approved refunds within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary returns, except where reimbursement is required by applicable law.
